I'll start with the good. Rachel was lovely and the massage was nice, the salon is a bit scruffy and quiet and not very welcoming. The massage bed is really wobbly and I felt like I was surfing trying to get on, there was also rubbish underneath bed which I was facing as I lay down, there is a very noisy heater which just makes the room airless. The music is on a laptop (press play as massage starts) which was a bit random, overall salon just lacks the extras to make you really enjoy the experience.
