Booked a facial but most if the time was spent massaging my shoulders. Was not impressed. Stairwell and treatment room dark dated and poor decor. Def not a special occasion venue- back street cheap and poor standard of treatment.

The venue and the beautician that did my treatment was lovely, however - I had to ask for a drink - my gel mani is uneven, bleeding cuticles, parts of my nails missed and started to lift a few days after having it done.
The pedicure left me with smooth soles, so thank you! - but gel was set onto my nail bed which I had to ask to be filed down, and the filing made my nail bed bleed and parts of my toes were left uncovered with the gel.
Would recommend a proper pedicure chair and some decent lighting for this to be a better experience.
