I would’ve given ( stars but unfortunately couldn’t have the Hollywood I wanted as the girls weren’t trained in it yet. I’ll be having it next time though.

Dirty. - wax on walls & curtains. Generally untidy & dirty looking floor.
Chaotic. - answering phone & opening door mid wax!
Left bruised from leg waxing. Told this was not uncommon, however I have been waxing for 10 years and never experienced this or the pain at the time. My usual therapist was horrified and asked if I got a refund. I did not, i just wanted to leave asap. (For context I do not live in the area, was visiting relatives before a holiday)
Scratched eyelid from brow wax.
