This is my first time being waxed with Rachel but not my 1st time at BU Beauty Rooms. As always it was welcoming and Rachel was just as lovely as my previous beauty therapist. But me at ease and made me feel relaxed. Won't be going to any other salon.

Didn’t pluck, trim or wax eyebrows so I had to do this myself, and said that some hairs had stayed curly so she glued these down with black lash glue and told me I would need to do this everyday! Lash lift didn’t work either and my lashes look almost the same as they did before, even though she complimented how long my lashes were at the start. Had lash lifts and brow laminations before (including here with Chi one, who was incredible) and I’ve never had any issues.
