I had no doubts going for the 1st time at BU. Chi was extremely friendly and calming and makes you go through the whole experience with ease! Definitely recommending her and the salon as I will become one of the regulars there! :)

This is the best place I have ever been to and I have continued to go! Chi is friendly, professional and makes you feel comfortable. She gets every hair and I always leave feeling extra smooth.
