Amazing, everyone in the salon was friendly and Laura is just phenomenal. A lovely, bubbly professional who really made me feel at ease and was just fun to talk to. I've definitely found my new fave wax lady!

I absolutely love coming to BTY LDN, Laura is amazing and makes me feel so comfortable, I don't like going to big busy salons so this one is perfect for me and would be for anyone, it's very personal and never rushed. Laura is THE BEST at waxing and LVL treatments, and may I add her massages are to dieee for!
The cleanliness at BTY is great and as expected Covid-19 guidelines are followed correctly. I could not recommend Laura and BTY LDN enough, you will not be disappointed.

I had the lovely Laura do my eyebrow shape and tint. She was friendly yet professional and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

BTY LDN was my make up artist and beautician for my wedding, I was so happy with everything she done. I have never been to another beautician, every time I visit BTY LDN I come away feeling utterly relaxed and happy with my treatments. Her hands are like magic and I would HIGHLY recommend all her services.
