Had the most amazing experience. Laura made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had no idea what I wanted but Laura asked me a couple of questions and had a plan. I had the nicest comments all night about my make up and I literally felt like a celeb for the night haha thank you so much Laura xx

As a new customer at BTY LDN I’m really happy with my eyebrow wax appointment. Laura was attentive and made sure to ask my preference when it came to my brows. She also made sure I was happy with the results. I’m pleased with the service and would definitely be coming here again.
