I had the opportunity to visit BTS Beauty and having a facial done by Monica.
The process from entering the salon, mask on, temperature checked and then hands sanitised put me at ease with the pandemic. I then completed a form and had a chat with Monica as to what I wanted from my facial.
The facial was incredibly thorough, relaxing and perfect for my skin type - dry and sensitive.
Unfortunately there are not 10 stars for this salon otherwise I would use all of them. I will be back!!

Wonderful ladies working in this salon really working hard and doing fantastic job of creating an environment that is quite soothing and calm. With Covid they’ve really taken all measures to comply with all the guidelines vigilantly. I felt confident to go back and I know I will be asking to book as soon as they can reopen in Dec because they provide brilliant customer service along with giving fantastic treatments at affordable prices as I’ve paid a lot of money many times and it hasn’t been anywhere as close as how great the ladies are at BTS Beauty, so what more could I want from a salon Quality therapists, Great Service, affordable ticks all the boxes for me.
My wife and I are new clients to this salon and have definitely found where we will be going for our treatments. I have sensitive skin and Celine really made me feel comfortable and customised the facial to help me. They also do waxing for men and usually my wife does it for me but they managed to accommodate my sudden urge to get it done there and then, I was made to feel comfortable, there was no judgement at all. We will definitely be rescheduling next week's appointments for after lockdown.
