The team at BTS Beauty are splendidly friendly and, most importantly, fantastic at their job! I was unsure what I truly wanted and my technician was so patient, attentive and in the end gave me exactly the look I was looking for with my lashes. Hanna has super attention to detail and they're done so expertly, I can't even feel them! I cannot wait to come again as I wholeheartedly trust the beauticians here and the atmosphere is wonderful.

I usually see Celine for my waxing but as she was unavailable I had my appointment with Sophie who was absolutely amazing! I had never used Hot Wax before but my gosh was it so much less painful and Sophie was so attentive and professional. Hot wax is most definitely my preference now for intimate waxing . The salon as always is spotless, all staff are so friendly and helpful and it's so lovely to have a high end salon locally, so no need to go up into town! Thanks Sophie and ladies.

Lovely staff and a clean comfortable salon. They’ve been super helpful in offering me advice ahead of my wedding next week and helping me book and undergo the best treatments. Couldn’t recommend the CACI facials, eyelash extensions or general facials enough.
