Sophie was so welcoming and made me feel really comfortable, the facility is a bit out of the way for me but I would come back again for her service. She did a lovely job on both my treatments.

Really good experience. Only criticism was that the brickwork of the treatment room seemed to have some sort of a damp problem, possibly rising damp? Feline was delightful, very knowledgeable and friendly with a gentle touch.

Great experience overall. I would probably say the one thing to improve is the choice of piercings but nothing that should stop you from going!
