Sophie was very calm, welcoming, helpfully thorough and with good attention to detail, both with explaining how she would pierce my 14 year old daughter's ears and piercing them. Good choice of studs, good attention to detail on all aspects of the piercing, in comfortable and clean surroundings. Can't really ask for more. Thank you Sophie!

Best salon in South West London. Lynrae was so lovely, friendly and skilled. Clearly highly experienced. Can’t recommend BTS Beauty enough. Clients have dedicated boxes with their own files and mini nail kit for hygiene reasons, never seen this elsewhere 5stars!
