Monica is a wonderful practitioner and BTS is a lovely setting to get massages and facials with her. She is warm, friendly, skilled, has great expertise and is very professional. A treatment with her is a wonderful treat and highly recommended.

Had a treatment with both Sophie and then Monica and honestly both are outstanding! No matter what treatment I go in for with any of the BTS beauty therapists I always leave a very happy and satisfied client. They are not only highly skilled they also all give the best customer service!

Best salon in the area without a doubt. Keerie their new junior therapist is so lovely as well. The therapist I usually see at bts was fully booked for the day I needed so I gave Keerie a go and all was fab and another sweet kind therapist added to their team.
