I really wanted to have a great experience but I feel like I got the therapist on a bad day. She didn’t tell me her name and seemed a bit angry in general. The waxing itself was ok but done using strip wax which I would never have chosen as I’ve had hot wax for years. For a Hollywood it’s not great. My skin was red and extremely sore afterwards and took 3 days to go back to normal. Sorry.
