I had a face and head massage at Bsftherapy and it was a lovely experience. The space felt calm and welcoming, and I left feeling lighter and less tense, especially around my head and jaw. Henrietta was very attentive and, as I live with arthritis, she adjusted the massage so it was completely pain free. The treatment felt personal, caring and professional. I’d highly recommend Bsftherapy if you’re looking for a soothing experience that leaves you refreshed. I will be back for sure.

Booked a very last minute appointment as I had a niggle in my neck and a very stressful few days at work. So glad I stumbled across BSFTherapy. The room is easy to find on the first floor. Opened the door and it’s lovely and clean, relaxing music and lovely oil in the diffuser. My massage was perfect, even in a relaxing massage I like firm pressure. The eucalyptus oil used was perfect. got out all my knots and the hot towel around the neck and shoulders to finish was lovel
