Fantastic experience, highly recommended. I went for a light massage as I had surgery a few months ago. Henrietta made sure she knew areas that required a lighter touch and that I was safe and comfortable throughout. I'll definitely be back.

I recently had my second session at BSF Therapy with Heni, and it was just as lovely as the first. I live with arthritis and quite sensitive joints, so I’m always a bit cautious with treatments, but she handled everything with real care. The face massage, treatment, and foot massage were all gentle yet effective, and I felt completely at ease throughout. It was genuinely pleasant, and I left feeling lighter and more relaxed. I’ll definitely be going back.
