I tried Freya at Bryony Quate as I needed a new hairdresser and had time for a last minute appointment. She was lovely and friendly and listened to what I wanted and cut and styled it perfectly. I will be going to see Freya again and would recommend her.

They were running 45 minutes late for my appointment. Everything else was fine but the delay was annoying. Just a standard hair cut

I felt that the stylist wasn’t really listening to what I wanted for my haircut. Whenever I tried to explain, she just said, ‘Yes, that’s what I’m going to do,’ but it didn’t feel like she was open to my input. She also seemed upset during the appointment, which made me uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it was personal or not, but the experience left me feeling unheard.”
