Freya was great, very friendly, professional, and really made sure I was getting what I wanted. I'm very happy with the end result. The salon has a nice atmosphere and all the other staff I interacted with were also lovely.

I was welcomed by smiles and tea, was talked through all the different options AND had a lovely shampoo experience (felt like a little massage!) Will be coming back before any split ends appear that's for sure :)
