I was warned that the light colour I wanted would not be viable without bleaching, so we agreed on a darker colour. However, I paid for full hair dye and, on about half of the length of my hair, Bruna only used toner (for which I had to pay separately). The same area that was treated with toner was also purple-ish for a couple weeks - much longer than advised by Bruna in the salon. The dye style wasn’t what I asked for either. I asked for a hombre style colouring, but my hair was pretty uniform by the end of it. Bruna is super nice, but I wasn’t very pleased with the result.

I had to finish off the haircut myself as some areas hadn’t been cut at all. The hairdresser actually took a phone call during the haircut and didn’t apologise, lacking in basic manners. The blow dry was done so hot it was uncomfortable, I felt my scalp was burning. Haircut was ok but I’d rather spend an extra £10 for a better haircut, a hot drink (they never give you drinks) and a calm atmosphere (if you like kids you’ll love it here!).
