Two times in a row I've booked a specific person, and both times I've been given someone else. You can expect to wait a few minutes for your appointment as they take walk-ins and once they served a walk-in who came in after me. The first time I had my brows done here it was amazing, but both times since then it's not been as good. They seem to have a good rapport with repeat customers, but new customers don't get the same treatment.
