I have been twice now in December and my eyebrows are taking shape after having some errors been made previously hoping to keep consistency and get the perfect looking eyebrows.
However this salon is calm, peaceful and cosy, all staff smiley warm and friendly and even the customers waiting are really nice people, such a good atmosphere, keep up the great work, excited to try out different t treatments in future.

Therapist tinted my eyebrows the wrong colour & styled them unbelievably thin & not in my normal style. I was in physical tears when she showed me my brows. The owner recommended darker HD tint to try & fill in my brows as a solution which was the service I was suppose to be getting anyway!
I left receiving a terrible treatment & the wrong treatment I’d booked in for & without my lvl as I was so upset.
Used this place for 2 years never had a bad experience so unbelievably disappointed & upset.
