Therapist tinted my eyebrows the wrong colour & styled them unbelievably thin & not in my normal style. I was in physical tears when she showed me my brows. The owner recommended darker HD tint to try & fill in my brows as a solution which was the service I was suppose to be getting anyway! I left receiving a terrible treatment & the wrong treatment I’d booked in for & without my lvl as I was so upset. Used this place for 2 years never had a bad experience so unbelievably disappointed & upset.
