I came for classic lash extensions. The appointment took around 3 hours, much longer than usual, and the room was cold, making it hard to relax. By Day 2, nearly all lashes had fallen out overnight. I regularly get extensions and have never experienced this. I would appreciate either a refund or a complimentary fix.
