I appreciated Karmens honestly with regards to the treatment on my eyebrows. She wouldn’t do semi permanent due to the pigmentation on my brows and advised me to get laser before she would do them. I later found out that there is no need for laser, that I could get a salt and seline treatment which is much cheaper than laser. I completed the whole health questionnaire to then be told she can’t help. It would be more beneficial to the customer in future if Karmen assesses the eyebrows first
