It was my first time getting HD brows and Karmen didn’t disappoint. She asked how I wanted my brows to look how dark I wanted them. It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and it wasn’t sore at all. I was given a little sachet of aloe vera to go home with which was a really nice touch.
