I clearly explained before my appointment that I’d spent months growing my eyebrows back because previous threading had made them thinner every time. I specifically asked for a tidy up only, keeping them thick and natural, with no thinning or taking them further in. I was assured this was understood, but I left with the exact thin, feminine shape I’d asked to avoid. Months of growth have been undone, and I’m extremely disappointed my clear instructions were completely ignored. Very upsetting.

I was made to feel very welcome and a lovely smile which put me at ease the treatment was great Fazz was really skilled and gave me some advice about my eyebrows which I love and I will use this salon again .
