I don’t want to write a complaint like this, but since I have contacted you twice and have received no response, I am leaving this review.
I booked a single eyelash extension service, but what I actually received was not eyelash extensions. Instead, something like false eyelashes was applied to my skin rather than my lashes.
Additionally, the expected longevity was stated as one month on the booking page, but I was told on the day of the appointment that it would only last for two weeks.
