The massage is too gentle and did not help with the muscle stiffness and soreness that I had, it’s more of a mental relaxation treatment and you should try a professional clinic instead if you’re looking for more thorough massage.
Everybody in the salon was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was good. Had to dump my stuff on the floor though, because they didn’t have any coat hangers or places to store bags securely

Booked in for an eyebrow thread, ended waiting for 15/20 minutes for the lady to finish her personal phone call outside, once she came in she didn’t apologise for making me wait, had an attitude on her. Before having my eyebrows done I told her I had been growing the underneath and asked her to not to thread that off, once finished realised she had ignored what I’d asked and taken it off any way. First time and last time going there!

Honestly the absolute worst massage and overall experience. I have just left feeling more stressed than when I went in. No music until half way through, talking from the other room constantly, no actual massage bed so my face was squashed up against the bed as there was no hole which Iv never known before when having a massage. Stopped half way through to shout at her colleague for water. My advice would be to pay a tenner extra and go to one of the other massage places in Brentwood as I feel really annoyed that I just paid for that.

Bought and booked treatment online. Arrived on time and was told by the lady she would be five minutes. Asked to use bathroom and told to use public toilets on the high street as loo out of order. Then told I couldn’t have a deep tissue massage as she couldn’t do a deep tissue massage. She then showed me what level of pressure she could massage, which was less than a gentle stoke. I said this wasn’t what I had booked, paid for or travelled into town for and she said “these things happen!” She then spoke to her boss and lied about the conversation and what she had said to me in front of me. Ultimately I left, angry and as of yet without a refund from Treatwell. Appalling service, dirty disgusting venue and wouldn’t recommend or go back if you paid me to.

Was really happy with the treatment, hair felt healthier and defrizzed straight away . Everyone was very friendly and chatty x
