Really disappointed with it all. Technician didn’t ask whether or not I’ve had a patch test for it. Didn’t communicate what she was doing whilst doing the procedure (which is handy when your eyes are closed for a whole hour).
Also felt like she was pulling out some of my eyelashes. They now look sparse. Didn’t bother to give me any aftercare advice.
Staff were on their phones having private conversations and were not very welcoming at all. Had to sit for an hour listening to private conversations and someone else watching a reality TV show.
To make matters worse, the final outcome is absolute rubbish. No difference made and having this done before somewhere else I know what a lash perm can do.
Wasted almost £50 for nothing! Never coming back
