I have barely been treated in such a rude way in my life, and I don’t think I was deserving it. The therapist started shouting me orders and getting mad at me if I wouldn’t act quickly. When leaving she didn’t say goodbye or even answered back when I nicely wished her a good day. It is not the first time I encounter this unnecessary condescending attitude at Browhaus in Chelsea and I will never go back. The service is ridiculously expensive for what it is (15-20 mins) and the threading was very aggressive and my skin turned very irritated after. The atmosphere is not the best and especially because of the smells that come from the café downstairs.
Not recommended!
