The nail technician did a good job. However, the polish was too thick so it didn't dry well and squeezed when I used my hands.

stood at the door for a while and not acknowledged. loads of staff hovering around but not really interacting with clients. kiran however was very welcoming and re assuring especially when I said I've never been waxed before
