I have been coming for a while now. Usually during my appointment there is some discomfort but this was the first time with Anchal where I felt no pain.

They do not sterilise the tools nor change the towels/tissues between clients. I'm not impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The staff also speak in their own language in front of clients which is a bit unprofessional. The nail technician had good skills but they need to focus on hygiene.

I had a really positive experience at Brow Lodge with Kiran. She is incredibly efficient, very friendly and great at what she does. The best wax I've experienced in Oxford. I recommend.

Just another wonderful experience at brow lodge. The treatment i got was a full head colouring and eyebrow threading done by Prescilla. I am very satisfied with the service that was given. The exact colour that i wanted. They took time in order to understand what colour i wanted and was given a good suggestion of hair colour that would suite me. Love the hospitality and service. Will be coming again. Highly recommend.
