Had a very good waxing experience last week with Honey. Honey chatted to me throughout my visit. Honey went slow and ensured I wasn’t in any pain. The venue looked clean. I went straight in, no wait. The atmosphere was also fab. Always come back for my waxing as excellent service every time.

The nail technician did a good job. However, the polish was too thick so it didn't dry well and squeezed when I used my hands.

stood at the door for a while and not acknowledged. loads of staff hovering around but not really interacting with clients. kiran however was very welcoming and re assuring especially when I said I've never been waxed before
