Booked for a set time and left the salon one hour later, more should be done to stick to appointment times - it was meant to be a 20 minute appointment! I was also seen by three different people and left waiting which wasn’t the best experience.

I always get a warm welcome and every one friendly especially Diane. My appointments are usually on time. The service is great. If I do have a problem they usually rectify it at no additional charge.
