Fantastic experience- least painful back wax I’ve ever had - and pretty minimal bumping and irritation afterwards (less than most other places). Great treatment and friendly service.

Used brow lodge as it was on route to another appointment. Good treatment, cant fault that. However probably won't book again as had to wait . Got told not to book as they get walk ins and it means I may have to wait. Sort of defeats the whole process of taking bookings.
I will use my usual salon in the future who manage bookings better .
