The nail varnish was applied messily, with some on the skin around my nails. I took it off as soon as I got home, but underneath my nails were extremely rough. The appointment was billed as 50 minutes, but I was there for an extra half hour, left alone, with my hands and feet under heaters. I understand that the varnish has to dry and that takes time, but I shouldn't have been told the appointment would only take 50 minutes.
