I really like the staff, they are friendly. Only suggestion is limiting distractions when the beauty therapist is dealing with a customer. The poor girl was interrupted so frequently when I was having my treatment. Can be distracting.

Sally is clearly experienced and did a fantastic job, was very personable. There was a 20 min delay in my treatment but I didn't mind as they communicated this and it allowed me to squeez in a quick errand. The only constructive feedback I'd have is that Sally had a bad cough and besides feeling bad for her, I was a bit worried I'd be infected too. If staff must work when ill, I'd suggest use of masks to make clients feel safer where possible. Otherwise, I was happy with the service - good value
