Diane has done my pedicure on the last few occasions. I'm sight impaired so am unable to do my own nails etc. She is very understanding and I trust her to do a very good job.

My haircut looks great and John did a good job, however, I found it very hard to communicate what I wanted to him. I usually have very specific instructions about what type of layers I want, but I think there were some language barriers that made it hard to get this across. Wound up with something very different than what I verbally asked for, but in all fairness, it's a great haircut and I've gotten tons of compliments!
