Appt was at 10. Another client said her appt was at 10. She said she had been coming for ages& they’ve taken her off&put someone else (me) in her place&she wasn't happy about it etc.Diane spoke to her calmly saying it wasn’t her fault& she’s sorry. Diane went to get the water ready.Called me over,no interaction at all.I told her it was my first pedicure.She ignored me.She didn’t tell me about massage chair.Didn’t speak at all. Very uncomfortable.
