Booked with kusum but she was on holiday. Had a bad experience before with the other lady but had to have her do my holiday nails again this time.
I said not to cut or file as I had done them prior and last time she rounded my nails.
She laughed at me and said she didn’t. She did two coats and tutted when I asked for 3 coats of colour. Once they were done she then filed them. filing after gel breaks the seal. even after I asked her not to. kusum is great however. Booking online isn’t advised

Although the shop was quite busy the ladies were working really hard to see to everyone as soon as possible. The lady who did my wax was very friendly and made me feel relaxed.
