On arrival to my appointment I was greeted with super smiley receptionist who made me feel very welcome.
Leisa made herself known as she acknowledged me almost immediately, which I found very reassuring.
My treatment started on time and it was extremely professional throughout and I felt very happy as things were explained in full to me in a manner I could keep up with.
All in all everything was done to the highest standard and my aftercare was explained perfectly.

I was made to feel relaxed by Leisa and the pleasant surroundings. The treatment was explained in detail so that I could make an informed choice. The building was easy to find and parking was available which was a bonus for someone travelling from outside the city.
