Shelly was great really informative approachable and made the process all the better for it. Now a lot of reviews I’ve come across say it’s painless the numbing cream helps but I could still feel it. I can only describe it as a paper cut but I would 100% do it again or even threading is more aggressive and painful. The hair strokes are amazing the shade perfect I’m very happy

I have been going to Leisa for my semi permanent eyebrow tattooing for last 3 years and would not go anywhere else. I am complemented on them all the time as they are amazing. Leisa is so fantastic at what she does and her manner is always outstanding. I like to think she is a friend now and I recommend her to anyone who is thinking about having this treatment all the time.
