Great experience - they recommended me options based on my hair condition - until I need a refund. They promised to do so, but nothing happened 10 days after they first agreed, saying they are too busy to make a call for the platform about the refund in their replies.

I felt the salon was very friendly the moment I entered it. Right away someone came and spoke to me which is always a good sign. I only sat for a few minutes before Susan came and spoke to me. Susan was amazing, she cut my hair exactly as I wanted it cut. We also had lots of chat which is so important when you are getting your hair cut by someone for the first time. I would definitely go back to Susan to get my hair cut.
