Popped in today for my appointment and had quite a significant amount of hair chopped off. Jenny was so attentive and professional, talking me through exactly what it was I wanted my hair to look like. Checking in with me through my hair cut to make sure I was happy and informed me of what she was doing. Felt super comfortable and so at ease during my full appointment. Couldn't be happier!
