Nicole was fantastic, really friendly and knowledgeable. She fixed a poor cut from another hairdresser. The keratin blow dry feels fab. I will definitely be back.

Nicole ensured that I had the haircut I wanted. She took me through all the fine details and consulted with me stage by stage. We chatted very easily, Nicole being warm and polite throughout. I don't know the junior's name but she was lovely and very professional when she washed my hair : gentle but thorough.
