I was nervous but I was soon put at ease with Rachel !She explained everything really well and had attention to detail and most importantly she listened to me and what i wanted I'm really pleased with the cut and colour

I've visited Brooklyn hair a couple of times for a cut and blow dry by Rachel. The staff are great, always attentive and make sure you get the cut you have asked for. More recently I booked in for a completely different colour change. My appointment was with Rachel and she made me feel comfortable and that I was in the right hands. I love my new hair style and Rachel made sure that if there was anything I needed altered after the new style that I felt more than comfortable enough to ask. I would 100% recommend this salon.
