Lots of money for a very half arsed spa that offers tea and coffee but charges you £4 a cup before you leave!
Could be better if we could actually use the hot tub which is outdoor. Wouldn't work when it rains!
I booked a mother daughter spa experience for myself and my daughter for her birthday. We were greeted by friendly personable staff and they were very attentive. The facilities were clean and nice and the facial that we both had was fantastic! The food was very good too and they had put a personal touch on the table reserved for us, by putting our names on a little plaque which was very nice. The only comment I have that was negative, was that the reception staff requested my e-mail confirmation more than once, which I did not feel was necessary as it was taken when we arrived to confirm the booking and logged on the computer.
All in all a good day and good value for money.
I booked this weekend for me and a girl friend. We had a lovely time. The hotel and restaurant food was amazing. The spa treatments were ok considering they were only 30mins treatments but could have been better. The massages and pedicure we had were very light touch. The staff tough were professional and friendly and the facilities were very clean.
