Beautiful hotel and wonderful spa with rooftop hot tub. The massage however finished 5 mins early which I was a bit annoyed about as it was quite expensive

Really nice spa, although manicure desk right in the reception area. Had gel nails done on the Sunday, by Monday 2 of the gel nails had fallen off, which they redid the following day. All the rest fell off by the Friday. The manicure itself has also left me with really uneven nails. Really disappointed.

Almost like a boutique spa... yes, you have the saunas and jacuzzi, but how many spas have you been too which have indoor sunbathing, heated water beds in a relaxation room and a far reaching view over the Surrey as you relax in the jacuzzi or on sun loungers outside? I've been to many spas, but this one is up there with the best.
