I had a spray tan and has been the most badly done I’ve ever had. Stains everywhere, nothing uniform. After ONE shower more than half was gone. My legs all gone after one shower. Not worth the money definitely.

I booked my treatments as a pre holiday treat! When I arrived I was asked to chose my colour so I did and was then told ‘sorry we don’t have that one’ so chose another and checked I could have the normal varnish on my toes and the gel version on my fingers to which I was told I could. The lady did my toes and when I went to have my manicure I explained I’d like the same could but the gel version on my fingers to only be told ‘we don’t have that’. I’ve never been to a salon that only has one bottle of any colour! The lady trimmed my nails and filed them but they didn’t not match each other and I had to ask for the file to do them myself. Also whilst I was having my manicure I noticed the ladies on reception were very unprofessional and would whisper to each other after other clients asked them questions etc. They also did not seem to be in much of a hurry to help clients either. This was such a shame. This was meant to be a lovely holiday treat however I left feeling very stressed and had to re do my pedicure when I got home as the two colours I left with on my hands and feet were so dissimilar. I will unfortunately not be returning to this venue again.

The venue was lovely. My scrub and oil was the perfect pre-holiday treat. The lady who did my treatment was very professional, chatty and all round lovely. A great experience. I’ll definitely go back.

I booked a gel manicure and pedicure and initially, my experience wasn’t great. I was seen by a member of staff that was clearly inexperienced in gels and it didn’t go well. However after talking to the very helpful and accommodating team I was refunded and booked in to see a senior member of staff to re-do them the next day. This time around it was a wonderful experience, and my nails turned out great. It’s just a shame it wasn’t the case the first time around.
