My booking from Treatwell had not gone through so they did not have time for all my appointments. The staff however were very helpful and managed to rearrange to get one of my appointments in. The facility was really lovely overall.

Nice spa and treatments good. Lots of moving about rooms though and a bit disorganised at times but generally fine.
