It was a very enjoyable facial and the therapist substituted an arm and hand massage instead of a head massage when I told her I wasn't keen on head massage.

Had a lovely treatment but it was a little short. My 25 min massage actually ended up being about 15 mins once I'd been collected, shown to the room etc
